Wellness in the Sun
A series of activities in local Côte des Neiges parks (Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, and de la Savane) bringing the community together through Afro-Caribbean music, dance, art, and creative expression—plus outdoor meditation, open mic poetry, sports, Pilates, and more.
BCRC × McGill Dentistry Workshops
Collaborative workshops with McGill’s Faculty of Dentistry and Oral Health Sciences promoting oral hygiene for elementary students in a fun, interactive way (approximately 200 students).
Adopt a Grandma
A mentorship and friendship initiative pairing wise Black seniors with newcomers to Québec. Pairs participate in group workshops and activities—helping build lasting connections and reduce isolation.
Paint in Colour
A multi-generational gathering of Montréal’s English-speaking Black community to share stories, connect, and create artwork together—hosted outdoors alongside the Côte des Neiges Intercultural Festival.
Reformer Pilates with Patricia
Spring, summer, and winter reformer Pilates classes led by Patricia Guerrier—keeping us moving all year long.
